Terms of Service

By inviting ThanHub Rover to your Discord server or using its features (including Web Verification and Linked Roles), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the bot from your server immediately.

1. Bot Usage and Availability

ThanHub Rover is provided "as is" to help secure and manage your Discord servers. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee continuous availability. We reserve the right to perform maintenance or disable features without prior notice.

2. Restrictions on Use

When interacting with the bot, you agree that you will not:

• Spam or abuse the bot's commands or API endpoints to intentionally cause rate limits or downtime.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass the Web Verification systems.
• Use the bot to facilitate illegal activities, doxxing, or violate Discord's Terms of Service.

Any violation of these terms will result in a permanent blacklist of your account and your server from using ThanHub services.

3. Server Owner Responsibilities

If you add the bot to your server, you are responsible for ensuring it is configured correctly. ThanHub is not liable for any actions taken by the bot due to misconfiguration (e.g., incorrect role assignments, accidental kicks/bans if you configure the bot to do so).

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you also agree to the data collection practices outlined in the Privacy Policy (primarily related to OAuth2 verification and Linked Roles).

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be announced in our official Discord server. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
