Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ThanHub handles information processed by ThanHub Rover | V1 and ThanHub Rover | V2 inside the official ThanHub Discord community.

Private community applications. The Bots are not offered for installation or operation in unrelated Discord servers.

No data sales

Discord and license data is not sold or used for advertising.

No AI training

Ticket content is not used to train or fine-tune AI models.

Limited access

Stored records are available only to authorized staff and services.

1. Data We Process

The Bots process only information needed for verification, licensing, moderation, tickets, support, and community management:

User profiles: Discord user IDs, usernames, and limited membership or role information.
Community information: Server IDs, channel IDs, ticket metadata, and moderation records.
Message data: Prefix commands, protected-channel messages, and private support-ticket messages where required for the requested feature.
Ticket records: Closed-ticket transcripts may contain messages and attachment links.
License data: License relationships, status, execution or HWID-reset counters, and inactivity timestamps.
OAuth2 data: Temporary tokens used to assign requested roles or role-connection metadata.

2. How We Use Data

Verify membership, apply configured roles, and manage licensed script access.
Process commands, tickets, giveaways, moderation actions, and security alerts.
Generate private ticket transcripts and maintain staff accountability logs.
Provide optional AI assistance only after a support-ticket owner requests it.

The Bots do not monitor unrelated direct messages or activity outside the ThanHub community.

3. AI Processing

When a user enables AI help in a support ticket, relevant ticket text may be sent to Google Gemini to generate an immediate response. Purchase and giveaway tickets are not answered by AI. ThanHub does not use this content to train its own models.

4. Storage, Retention, and Security

Operational records may be stored using Supabase and protected ThanHub infrastructure. Access is limited to authorized staff and services. OAuth2 tokens are transient and expire or are discarded after use.

Retention depends on operational, support, licensing, moderation, and security needs. Data may be removed or anonymized when it is no longer required.

5. Service Providers

ThanHub does not sell, trade, or use Discord data for advertising. Data is shared only with providers required to operate requested features, including Discord, Supabase, Cloudflare, Google Gemini for optional AI support, and applicable licensing providers.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Leave Request AI Help disabled to use staff-only ticket support.
Avoid prefix-command processing by not invoking th commands.
Deauthorize ThanHub under Discord Settings > Authorized Apps to revoke connected-account access.
Request access, correction, or deletion of eligible stored data through official ThanHub support.

Some moderation, transaction, or security records may be retained where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or meet operational obligations.

7. Contact

Open a privacy or support ticket in the official ThanHub Discord community. Include your Discord user ID so staff can locate the correct records.
