Terms of Service
These terms govern use of ThanHub Rover | V1 and ThanHub Rover | V2 inside the official ThanHub Discord community.

Private access only. The Bots may not be invited to, copied for, redistributed to, or operated in unrelated Discord servers.
Private tickets, staff workflows, optional AI support, transcripts, and safety moderation.
1. Acceptance
By interacting with either Bot or using a connected ThanHub service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Bot Data Usage Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Bots or connected services.
2. Service Availability
The Bots are provided "as is" to secure, support, and manage the ThanHub community. Continuous availability is not guaranteed. ThanHub may perform maintenance, change features, restrict access, or disable a service without prior notice when operationally necessary.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Spam or abuse commands, buttons, ticket systems, or API endpoints.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, evade, or bypass verification, licensing, moderation, or security controls.
- Use ThanHub services for illegal activity, harassment, doxxing, fraud, or conduct that violates Discord's Terms of Service.
- Attempt to add either private Bot to another server, share private installation access, or impersonate an official ThanHub application.
- Share private license keys, ticket transcripts, staff-only information, or credentials without authorization.
4. Community Access
Access is limited to authorized members of the official ThanHub community. ThanHub may restrict or revoke access when an account leaves the community, violates community rules, abuses a feature, or presents a security risk. Only authorized ThanHub administrators may configure or deploy the Bots.
5. Moderation and Enforcement
Violations may result in command restrictions, ticket closure, role removal, license suspension or deletion, timeout, ban, API blocking, or permanent removal from ThanHub services. Enforcement may be automated or reviewed by authorized staff depending on the event.
6. License and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for protecting your Discord account, license keys, linked accounts, and devices. ThanHub is not responsible for access lost through credential sharing, account compromise, unsupported executors, third-party software, or violations of license rules.
7. Data and Privacy
The related policies explain message processing, ticket transcripts, moderation records, licensing data, optional AI support, retention, and deletion requests. Optional AI support is enabled by the ticket owner and is not used to train ThanHub models.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ThanHub is not liable for indirect loss, service interruption, third-party platform changes, Discord outages, licensing-provider outages, user misconfiguration, or unauthorized account access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and Contact
ThanHub may update these Terms as services or legal requirements change. Material changes may be announced in the official community. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
